Nature is on the doorstep of Elkhorn Resort. The splendours of Riding Mountain National Park rise to its north; here, moose, black bears, elk and beavers roam grasslands, boreal forests, marshes and lakes.

Elkhorn Resort also benefits from the proximity of Wasagaming, gateway to Riding Mountain National Park. Restaurants, shops, tourist information centre, tennis courts, a beach and Clear Lake are all within walking distance.

The Solstice Spa provides a comprehensive range of treatments, including massages, aromatherapy, facials, reflexology, alternative healing and hair removal.

A swimming pool, two hot tubs, sauna, fitness room and very fun children’s play area provide entertainment for all ages.

Rooms are spacious, many with fireplaces and king beds. A number of chalets in the grounds of the resort sleep up to ten and are also available as timeshares. Large flat-screen televisions are hooked up to cable and a large selection of DVDs is available from reception. Some balconies overlook the stables, where horses pose as if for a painting.
